Hi Riders.

 

Details of our fabulous October eventing rally are now available on the website (Friday 4th October). A couple of housekeeping matters below:

• We are running this rally in a clinic style, allowing maximum access to our cross country with some extended lessons. 

• The rally will run from 9.00am through to 4.30pm, but group starting times differ, so please check the times that you are riding.

• Where possible, riders have been grouped according to the grade they have entered the horse trials competition. For those riders not competing in the HT competition, this rally is still a fabulous opportunity to train in eventing.

• Riders who requested to participate in a dressage test have also been allocated a test time. This test will be scored, so please learn your dressage test before the rally. Link to dressage tests below.

• There are a number of riders who appear to require grading or regrading prior to this event, so please complete a grading form when you sign in. 

• Theory -the theory sessions at this rally will provide valuable insight into rules and the more technical aspects of eventing. For example, questions regarding paddling and overtaking will be addressed and onsite course walks of specific jumps can take place.

A huge amount of planning has gone into co-ordinating this rally, so please check the times that you are riding and please let us know asap if you have not replied, but wish to attend. If you can no longer attend, please also let us now.
