BECOME A MEMBER

We always love to see new faces at our club. Our warm and friendly atmosphere means that you’ll learn lots of new skills and have lots of fun in a welcoming and nurturing environment. If you’ve ever thought about joining a pony club, we’d love you to come and tryone of our rallies first. You can attend our rally as a Guest rider, whether you are already a member of another pony club or completely new to the pony club scene.

Riders must have their own horse and be between the age of 3 years old to 25 years old. 

​

Rallies for 2025 will be held on the below dates.

Sunday  2 February, Sunday 2 March, Sunday 30 March Sunday 4 May, Sunday 1 June, Sunday 6 July, Sunday 3 August, Sunday 7 September, Sunday 5 October, Sunday 2 November, Saturday 6 December.

Please complete the form to apply to attend a come and try rally at Yarrambat Horse & Pony Club.

Is the rider a current Pony Club Victoria Member
Can the rider ride independantly?
Can the rider go on Cross Country Alone
Prior PCV Horse Trials Gradings
Prior PCV Dressage Gradings
Prior PCV Showjumping Gradings

A fee of $40.00 per rider is payable via EFT prior to the rally.

In addition to the above payment for NON PCV Members  a Come and Try membership ($20) MUST be purchased through the PCV Just go system to cover rider insurance, this must be done prior to the rally. https://pca.justgo.com/Account.mvc/SignIn

 

The YHPC Rules and Code of Conduct as well as the PCV Rules in their entirety are required to be adhered to at all times.•

 

The rider can only use the grounds during a session at the rally.• The rider must be a financial member of another PCV Pony Club.

 

For PC Members a valid membership cardmust be brought to the rally and sighted by the Secretary or District Commissioner.

 

All riders under 18 must be accompanied by an Adult who is over 21 and not riding at therally .

 

We strongly recommend that all riders have Ambulance Cover. If a rider has a fall and needsurgent medical attention we WILL call an ambulance and the rider will be responsible for any fees incurred.

 

Please try to complete this form no later than 1 week prior to the rally to allow for appropriate rally planning. Once submitted you will be contacted by our membership coordinator with payment and rally details.

 

Disclaimer: I hereby acknowledge that equestrian activities are dangerous and that accidents causing death, bodily injury, disability and property damage can and do happen. I agree that neither the YHPC club, participants, PCV, instructor/s, organizers, ground committee of management or the lessons of the premises used to conduct the rally shall be under liability for any death, bodily injury, loss or damage which may be suffered by the above named or by me through attendance at rally except for any rights we have under law.
